9-Jun-1960<\/th>\nFounded the company to machine the parts as co-operated company of Niigata Iron Works with capital of \\500,000 at 3770-1, Yashiroda.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Jun-1963<\/th>\nThe company became co-operated company of Komatsu Est and valves were added as our products.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Oct-1963<\/th>\nValves and cylinders became our main products by the request of manufacturer of centerless grinder and automatic lathe.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Nov-1965<\/th>\nCapital became \\1,700,000.-<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Oct-1967<\/th>\nNew factory on steel framework was built. It had 200m2<\/sup> area and two stories. So, machining of parts except special items started to do in own factory on the purpose of performing stable quality.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Jun-1971<\/th>\nWe became co-operated company of KYB and started to manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic products. We also bought the 4500m2<\/sup> space. We built new factory having 1180m2<\/sup> space totally and moved and started there on 1-Sep.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Dec-1973<\/th>\nWe got first grade prize as improved organization of turret master automation in Japan held by Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
